Safe and Supportive De-escalation of Behaviours Training 

Designed for Teaching Staff

Overview: This program provides educators and school staff with an opportunity to develop a greater understanding of vulnerable children and young people and creating an inclusive environment in which to work with them. The material has been specifically designed for educators working with children and young people in primary and secondary schools in the Northern Territory. It is intended to support educators to make use of positive and evidence-based approaches in response to ‘behaviours of concern’.
