Cultural Allyship Commitment 2026-2029

We welcome you to the ISNT Cultural Allyship Commitment, a document shaped via cultural guidance from Cross Cultural Consultants NT, and strengthened by the insights of our member schools. Developed through a First Nations lens, this Commitment outlines how ISNT staff will listen and act with cultural humility, as we work alongside the Aboriginal Peoples we serve.

Our Commitment provides the framework for how we will embed allyship across our organisation, honour cultural authority, and uphold reconciliation as a shared responsibility across the Northern Territory’s Independent School sector
